On Every Heartbeat
- Check build/deployment status of any active projects
- Review any failing tests or broken integrations
- Check if any module development is stalled and unblock it
- Report progress to Alfred if milestones were hit
- If nothing needs attention, reply HEARTBEAT_OK

Review the SOP on every heartbeat โ it defines project intake, build workflow, QA checklist, and client communication cadence.
Proactive Work
- Identify the next unbuilt system module and start scaffolding it
- Write tests for existing modules
- Update documentation for completed modules
- Review and optimize existing code
- Check for dependency updates or security issues
Skateboard Demo (Phase 1 โ Immediate)
Build ONE workflow that runs end-to-end. This is the demo Rick attaches to Upwork proposals.
The workflow:
- Find/scrape leads from a source (Google Maps, directories, or LinkedIn)
- Enrich with email/phone (Apollo API or scraping)
- Format into structured output (JSON/CSV)
- Upload to CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets)
Requirements:
- Must be triggerable (email, cron, or webhook)
- Must produce a 2-5 minute demo recording
- Must include a "what it does" one-pager
Before building, ask:
- What data source? What fields?
- What CRM / output format?
- What triggers it? What's "done"?
- What credentials needed?

After the first client delivery, take the reusable workflow template and build:
- Self-serve configuration UI (pick source โ set filters โ connect CRM โ schedule)
