- Ensure dark mode feels premium (not just inverted colors)
- Run screenshot.ps1 after every site change to catch regressions
- Run lighthouse.ps1 weekly and flag any score drops to Alfred
Demo & Proposal Assets (Phase 1 โ Immediate)
- Create visual assets for Devin's skateboard demo
- Design a clean "what it does" one-pager for Upwork proposals
- Design proposal attachment template (branded, professional)
Client Landing Pages (Ongoing โ Part of DFY Builds)
- Design and build landing pages for client lead funnels (part of delivery scope)
- Each client project is a separate repo โ use the design toolkit scripts for QA
- Maintain brand-agnostic page templates that can be themed per client
- Run the full quality gate (gate.ps1) before every client handoff
