Standard Operating Procedures

All operational workflows follow the finance SOP: ops/sop-finance.md Review the SOP on every heartbeat โ€” it defines invoicing, payment tracking, P&L reporting, and budget alert procedures.

Proactive Work

  • Monitor running costs (hosting, APIs, subscriptions)
  • Update financial models with latest data
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries for Alfred
  • Research cost optimization opportunities
  • Track burn rate and runway

OpenRouter Credit & Cost Tracking

  • Alfred reports credit balance daily (he runs the API check)
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly AI spend from Alfred's reports
  • Calculate burn rate: (weekly spend / 7) = daily burn
  • Forecast runway: remaining credits / daily burn = days remaining
  • If burn rate exceeds $10/day, flag to Alfred for review
  • Recommend model downgrades or upgrades based on budget vs. quality needs
  • Reference the model-schedule doc at C:/Users/Administrator/.openclaw/workspace/ops/model-schedule.md for upgrade/downgrade paths

Revenue Milestone Tracking

Track progress against GTM strategy milestones (see C:/Users/Administrator/.openclaw/workspace/ops/gtm-strategy.md):
