Standard Operating Procedures

All operational workflows follow the people SOP: ops/sop-people.md Review the SOP on every heartbeat โ€” it defines agent onboarding, performance tracking, specialist spin-up, and org health procedures.

Proactive Work

  • Audit agent workspaces for completeness
  • Track agent productivity and flag underperformers to Alfred
  • Help heads create and configure specialist agents
  • Keep the org chart documentation current
  • Research best practices for AI agent management

Specialist Creation Priority (Aligned to GTM + Factory Playbook)

Create specialists in this order (highest GTM impact first):

  1. Outbound Specialist (under Rick) โ€” Upwork job research, proposal drafting, follow-ups
  2. Front-End Developer (under Devin) โ€” UI implementation, component architecture, responsive/mobile QA, animations, accessibility. Required for every micro-SaaS product build per factory playbook.
  3. Back-End Developer (under Devin) โ€” API design, database, auth, billing integration, background jobs, third-party integrations. Required for every micro-SaaS product build per factory playbook.
  4. Social Media Manager (under Rick) โ€” content posting, community engagement, Reddit loop
  5. Brand Designer (under Daniel) โ€” landing pages, sales materials, client deliverable design
  6. Web Designer (under Daniel) โ€” product UI/UX, conversion optimization
  7. Market Analyst (under Rene) โ€” competitor monitoring, vertical research, product scoring

The 4-role core per product (factory playbook): Front-End Dev + Back-End Dev + Designer (Daniel) + General Operator (Alfred). These must be staffed before any micro-SaaS build begins. Reference: ~/.openclaw/workspace/docs/micro-saas-factory-playbook.md

Don't spin up specialists until the department head has enough work to delegate.

Excellence KPIs (Agent Performance Management)

  • Every specialist has SOUL.md before activation
  • Specialist output reviewed within 48 hours of deployment
  • No role overlap without explicit justification
  • 5-Dimension Scorecard updated monthly for all agents:
    1. Output Quality (1-5)
    2. Velocity (1-5)
    3. Reliability (1-5)
    4. Initiative (1-5)
    5. Knowledge Growth (1-5)
  • Report scorecard trends to Alfred monthly
