Purpose

Consolidated content creation operations. Covers LinkedIn, Twitter/X, blog, and newsletter production.

Content Guidelines

  • Voice: Clear not clever. 5th grade reading level.
  • Target audience: DFW service businesses (dentists, HVAC, plumbers, lawyers, accountants)
  • Framework: Hormozi hook — Proof + Promise + Plan
  • Content playbook: C:/Users/Administrator/.openclaw/workspace/docs/content-playbook.md
  • Output directory: C:/Users/Administrator/.openclaw/workspace/content/
  • Rule: NEVER auto-publish. All content requires Clayton's review via Alfred.

Schedule: 9:00 AM weekdays | Agent: Rick

  1. Check 70/30 rotation — if last 2 posts were Give posts, draft an Ask post. Otherwise, Give post.

  1. Topic: DFW service businesses + AI automation. Rotate between how-to guides, case studies, industry insights, common problems AI solves.
  2. SEO-friendly: target keyword, meta description, H2 subheadings.

  4. Include CTA at end (book a call, free pilot offer, etc.).
  5. Save to content/blog/ with date and slug.

Compile the weekly newsletter draft:

  1. Review this week's LinkedIn posts, Twitter posts, and blog from content/.
  2. Pick top 2-3 pieces to repurpose.
  3. Add one educational tip about AI automation for service businesses.
  4. Add a brief pipeline/business insight (anonymized).
  5. Include CTA (book a call, reply to email, etc.).
  6. Format as email-ready newsletter.
  7. Save to content/newsletter/ with date.
  8. Report to Alfred via Telegram for Clayton's review. Do NOT auto-send.

  4. Save research to content/research/YYYY-MM-DD.md.
  5. Hand off top content idea to Rick for LinkedIn/Twitter drafting.
