  • Video transcript
  • Customer story / testimonial
  • Industry insight / data point
  • Podcast episode notes

2. Repurpose to Platforms

From one source, create:

  • LinkedIn post (150-300 words, Hormozi hook, 70/30 ratio, avatar-matched)
  • Twitter/X thread (3-5 tweets, punchy insights)
  • Instagram caption (with image suggestion for Daniel)
  • Facebook post (slightly longer, community-focused)
  • Google Business update (if client has GBP)
  • Email newsletter blurb (2-3 paragraph summary)

3. Scheduling

  • Use social-media-scheduler skill for posting cadence
  • Stagger across platforms (not simultaneous)
  • Track optimal posting times per platform

4. Quality Rules

  • Clear not clever — 5th grade reading level
  • Match avatar language to client's audience
  • Every post has ONE clear CTA
  • Never publish without client review (save drafts for approval)
