  • Client has some spend history
  • 10-20 proposals submitted
  • Generic automation need that we can narrow down

Tier 3 — Consider If Pipeline is Light (Cold)

  • Budget <$500 (but could lead to upsell)
  • New client (no spend history)
  • 20 proposals submitted

Data Extraction Per Job

For each qualifying job, extract:

  • Job title
  • Budget (fixed or hourly range)
  • Client info: Country, total spent, hire rate, reviews
  • Posted date
  • Proposals count
  • Requirements summary (key asks)
  • Fit score: How closely it matches our capabilities (1-10)
  • Upsell potential: Can this lead to ongoing work? (low/medium/high)

Proposal Strategy

Structure

  1. Hook (1-2 sentences): Show you understand their specific problem
  2. Proof (1-2 sentences): Reference a similar project or result
  3. Approach (3-5 bullets): How you'd solve it, including timeline
  4. Differentiator: What makes LeadsPanther different (we build systems, not one-off tasks)
  5. CTA: Suggest a quick call to scope properly

Messaging Rules

  • Sell removed hours and delivered leads, NOT "AI" or "agents"
  • Lead with the business outcome: "You'll have a system that generates X leads/week on autopilot"
  • Mention specific tools by name when relevant
  • Keep proposals under 200 words (clients skim)
  • Always offer a Phase 1 MVP (fixed price, low risk)
  • After first close: upsell maintenance retainer

Proposal Templates
