# Project: DFW Market Launch — First Retainer Client

## Context
Runway is limited. No consistent income yet. Retainer clients are the only priority.
~800 leads in Supabase (primarily roofers). 1,000 Crustdata credits available.
Full automation pipeline built — from cold lead to Clayton on Google Meet.
